In order to serve our customers with the highest quality of service this Christmas Season, The Gemelli Family requests that you, our valued customers, acknowledge that the following procedures are created so that our staff can expedite your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please come in or call (631)-321-4515.
1. The person picking up the order MUST know the order NUMBER. Orders cannot be picked up using your name. It is important that you inform the person who is picking up your order what type of order it is (catering, meat, hero’s etc.).
2. Please place your order as soon as possible. NO CHANGES will be accepted after the deadline date.
3. The DEADLINE DATE is Friday, December 17, 2021.
4. Credit Card numbers are required at the time of placing orders.
5. If you require racks for your order they can be PURCHASED at a cost of $5 per rack. Please state when placing the order that you will be requiring racks so that Gemelli's has a sufficient supply.
6. There will be NO ORDERS accepted for bread, grocery items, or deli items from Thursday December 23, 2021 to FRIDAY December 24, 2021. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Gemelli's simply does not have the room to store these types of orders. The store will be fully stocked for your convenience and will yield a full staff in order to accommodate your needs.
7. There will be NO DELIVERIES on Thursday DECEMBER 23, 2021, and Friday DECEMBER 24, 2021.
8. If you need to order a custom gift basket all orders must be placed by Wednesday DECEMBER 9, 2021.
9. Coupons MUST be given when the order is placed. Coupons will not be accepted on orders that have already been rung up.
Gemelli’s will be as accommodating as possible when trying to fulfill your holiday order. However, although we may have done something special for you in the past, this year we will not be able to take those types of orders. Through recommendations from our loyal customers, our holiday catering has been reaching new heights year after year. Not accepting those types of orders allows Gemelli’s to maintain the excellent quality that is used when preparing each and every order.

Monday December 20 = 9 am – 6 pm
Tuesday December 21 = 9 am-6 pm
Wednesday December 22 = 9 am – 6 pm
Thursday December 23 = 9 am – 6 pm
Friday December 24 = 8 am – 5 pm
Saturday December 25 = CLOSED
Sunday December 26 = 10 am – 4 pm
